About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Employee Shuttle Driver to help keep our team moving! In this important role, you’ll safely transport resort employees to and from designated pick-up/drop-off points—helping ensure everyone arrives to work safely and on time. As part of our resort family, you’ll help create a positive, supportive atmosphere for team members before they even start their shift.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate resort shuttle vehicles along scheduled routes for employee transportation.
- Greet employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable shuttle environment.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Communicate with resort departments (especially HR and Security) regarding schedule updates or concerns.
- Uphold all safety and driving regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL may be required based on shuttle size).
- Previous experience in driving, transportation, or shuttle services preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety focused.
- Friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable driving in all weather conditions and navigating resort areas.
