POSITION OVERVIEW

Primary responsibilities include driving guests to designated locations, assisting guests with luggage, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and concierge duties. Trolley drivers must have strong analytical and navigation skills with the ability to coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a schedule under continuously changing circumstances. Drive the trolley according to scheduled runs and/or as needed for guests, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. 

May be required to also drive passenger vans as well. 

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

Your continuous driving loop will be only on South Seas property transporting guests from the South Village to the North Pointe. Will also be involved with specific transportation moves for weddings and group events. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:        High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.

Experience:      Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.                        

Required:         Must have a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle background check will be completed

                        Minimum of one year driving experience; in a similar role preferred

                        MUST HAVE CDL LICENSE THAT IS P ENDORSED

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Trolley drivers must be able to sit for long periods of time and comfortable driving in sometimes extreme weather.

HOURS REQUIRED 40 hours per week, flexible schedule, will be required to work weekends and/or holidays.
